Have more saved systems than your subscription allows? Not to worry, all your systems will remain saved regardless of your subscription status. If your subscription only allows for 200 saved systems and you have 2,000 saved, you will only get alerts for active matches on 200 of them. You can choose which of your 2,000 are the 200 that you'll get alerts for. Just go to your Edit My Research page and select which ones you want to be active using the radio buttons to the left of each system.
